Our Founder
Cindy Peterman is the founder of Verado Intelligence.
Her background brings together three disciplines that define the firm’s work: legal research, business operations, and data analysis. As a former corporate paralegal, she spent years in litigation support, corporate governance, and contract administration, learning to read court records, filings, and public documents with an investigator’s eye. In operations and leadership roles across regulated industries, she developed a practical understanding of how businesses are structured, staffed, and governed. Through her data work and a Google Business Intelligence certification, she turns scattered public records into clear, defensible findings. An entrepreneur, Cindy holds an MA in Gerontology, a BA in Business Information Systems, an AA in Paralegal Studies, and an active nursing license.
That combination also gives Verado particular depth in healthcare due diligence, a niche where regulatory and clinical knowledge matters. As a licensed nurse, Cindy brings a clinical perspective that strengthens healthcare company research, while every engagement benefits from the same rigor and discretion.
