About Verado Intelligence

We Exist Because Business Decisions Are Hard Enough Without Surprises

Every day, business buyers, boards, and operators make high-stakes decisions with incomplete information. A business for sale whose numbers look clean until someone checks the record. A potential partner with a complicated past. A contractor or vendor you are accountable to someone else for choosing. Verado Intelligence was built to close that gap, delivering the kind of confidential, professional research that was once only available to large corporations with in-house legal and compliance teams. Now it is accessible to anyone who needs answers before they commit.

We’re different

What Sets Us Apart

Who We Work With

Verado Intelligence serves business buyers, boards, and operators across the United States who need reliable, confidential research before making high-stakes decisions. Our clients include:

  • Business buyers and acquirers researching a company before they sign
  • Entrepreneurs and firms entering partnerships, joint ventures, or teaming agreements
  • Boards and community associations vetting contractors on major projects
  • Healthcare buyers and operators evaluating a practice, agency, or clinic
  • Investors and independent sponsors researching US-based opportunities

We also work with international clients researching US-based businesses, partners, and markets. Contact us for more information.

“We treat every engagement the way you’d want your most trusted advisor to treat it — with care, discretion, and a commitment to giving you the truth, not just the answer you were hoping for.”

Verado Intelligence

Our Founder

Cindy Peterman is the founder of Verado Intelligence.

Her background brings together the disciplines that define the firm’s work: clinical and regulatory knowledge, business operations, and public records research. She holds an MA in Gerontology and an active nursing license, giving Verado uncommon depth in healthcare due diligence, a field where regulatory and clinical knowledge change what a reviewer can actually see in the record. In operations and leadership roles across regulated industries, she developed a practical understanding of how businesses are structured, staffed, and governed. As a former corporate paralegal working in litigation support, corporate governance, and contract administration, she learned to read court records, filings, and public documents with an investigator’s eye. Combined with her data work and a Google Business Intelligence certification, she turns scattered public records into clear, defensible findings. She also holds a BA in Business Information Systems and an AA in Paralegal Studies.
